Alvin Ng serves as the Managing Director at the Singapore office of Dresden Green Consulting, specializing in HR and talent acquisition advisory for the Global Financial Markets.

With over two decades of experience, Alvin is an accomplished talent acquisition and people leader. His extensive background spans in-house recruitment functions and executive search business leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region.  Alvin has successfully executed assignments for global and regional banks in various capacities.

Before joining Dresden Green Consulting, Alvin contributed to Korn Ferry’s Global Financial Markets practice and undertook senior-level searches across diverse sectors, including investment banking, capital markets, wholesale banking, asset & wealth management in Asia Pacific. His portfolio spans large technology-based multinationals at both regional and global levels. Alvin has collaborated closely with global CIOs with a proven track record in areas such as COOs, operations, transformations, and FinTech.

Alvin's career includes notable stints in the banking industry, managing senior executive hiring at Citi, UOB, ANZ, and RBS. He also brings experience from his earlier roles with a global search firm and as a Founder of a boutique search firm in Singapore.

Alvin is an alumnus of Cass Business School, City University in London, holding a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Finance & Property Valuation. Based in Singapore with his family, Alvin is multilingual, fluent in English, Mandarin, and several local dialects.
