Dennis joins Dresden Green Consulting as a Director, having spent a combined 22 years in both the banking industry and the talent acquisition domain covering the banking sector. He started his banking career in various client-facing and operations roles for Citibank, Merrill Lynch, Standard Chartered Bank, RHB Bank and UOB. This experience has enabled him to gain valuable knowledge across his clients’ business needs and craft effective talent acquisition strategies to meet their desired business demands and goals. 

 

His passion for people subsequently landed him on a professional search career and he has been supporting numerous banking clients since 2011. Together with the Financial Services team at Dresden Green Consulting, Dennis recruits for C-suite and senior level hires in fintech as well as private banking & wealth management, retail banking as well as corporate & commercial banking.

 

Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Banking & Finance from the University of London. He is conversant in English, Cantonese and Malay.
