Rebecca brings with her over 20 years of expertise across talent acquisition, workforce planning and diversity & inclusion in the financial services sector. Before joining Dresden Green, she held various talent acquisition, recruiting operations and recruiting governance leadership positions in top tier financial institutions; working as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders spanning across geographies.

Prior to joining Dresdengreen, Ms Liew held a few leadership positions such as the APAC Head of Junior Talent Strategy & Recruiting, APAC Head of Recruiting Operations, Head of Recruiting Delivery HK cum Head of Recruitment Wealth Management HK & Regional Recruiting Lead Asset Management at UBS AG. 

 

Earlier in her career, Rebecca also held leadership roles as the Head of Recruitment HK & Global Businesses ASP at HSBC, the APAC Head of Graduate Recruitment at JPMorgan where she has been integral to the success of the India graduate recruitment build-out, as well as the Head of Recruitment Wealth Management & Business Banking HK at UBS AG where she played a key role in setting up the WM HK resourcing function and successfully delivered against the hiring expansion plan.
