Serina Wong founded Dresden Green Consulting with the mission to unite human capital with financial capital.  Her successful career in executive search has made her a prominent figure in the industry and a recognized search expert among CEOs globally, most recently as Global Head of Wealth Management and Regional Head of Asset Management at Korn Ferry.  Her deep and extensive connections with C-suite candidates in global banks, asset management firms, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and investment houses enable her to help clients expand into new markets and gain access to strategic investment opportunities.

During her seventeen year stay at Korn Ferry, Ms. Wong has led numerous board, C-suite and other senior engagements across different key functional roles in both global and regional capacity.  As a trilingual speaker, Ms. Wong is particularly effective in advising global clients on their Asia Pacific human capital strategies.

Early in her career, Ms Wong has held key roles in business development and sales at various global financial services firms including Autex, Reuters and Thomson Financial.

Ms. Wong graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a bachelor’s degree in information engineering and received a graduate certificate in administration and management from Harvard University.  She has numerous talent management publications and is a frequent speaker at global industry conferences.
