Susan Chua is a veteran in the finance industry, having spent more than 30 years in the asset management and private banking segments.  She started her career with the international banking division of DBS Bank, before moving over to their asset management arm.  Her private banking experience started with Citi Private Bank, where she spent 13 years on various key roles within the product and services space before moving to the New York office as a Strategist within the Global Strategy Team.

 

Ms Chua then returned to Singapore to join RBS Coutts and played a key role in revamping the Wealth Management Services Team and building the investment team in onshore India, spending a total of 8 years.  Ms Chua was invited to relocate to Hong Kong as Head of Wealth Management Services, Executive Officer and Responsible Officer for BSI Bank Hong Kong Branch, where she stayed for 5 years until completion of the post-merger integration between BSI and EFG Bank in Hong Kong.

 

Ms Chua is known for her leadership in building client solution platforms and strong people passion.  She marries her deep industry knowledge with her extensive network to deliver the right solutions for her clients and candidates.

 

Ms Chua holds a Diploma in Banking and Finance and is a CFA charter holder.  She is an alumna of the FT Non-Executive Directorship Diploma Program.  She is a Certified Solution Focused Coach, as well as an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation. Ms Chua is conversant in English, Chinese and Cantonese.
