Alvin is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with over two decade of experience spanning in-house recruitment functions and executive search business leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region. Throughout his career, Alvin has undertaken senior-level searches across diverse sectors including investment banking, capital markets, wholesale banking, asset & wealth management at both regional and global levels, and has collaborated closely with global CIOs in areas such as COOs, operations, transformations, and FinTech.

Dennis joins Dresden Green Consulting as a Director bringing with him two decades of experience across banking and talent acquisition. Dennis' recruitment focus is on C-suite and senior level hires in Fintech as well as private banking & wealth management, retail banking as well as corporate & commercial banking. His previous career involved multifaceted roles for both global and regional banks before pivoting into the executive search industry in 2011.
