Victor joins Dresden Green Consulting as a Director, bringing with him over 17 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, with a specific focus on Asset and Wealth Management C-suite mandates.  His professional background is highlighted by roles in sales and distribution at BNY Mellon Investment Management, Value Partners, and PineBridge Investments, as well as his early career at HSBC Investments and Citi Private Bank in risk and portfolio analytic functions.

Victor's profound knowledge of the Hong Kong and Greater China markets has made him a valuable asset for clients navigating these regions.  His ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives aligns with Dresden Green Consulting's mission to provide invaluable insights to and unlock strategic opportunities for them.

Victor earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the New York University – Leonard N. Stern School of Business.  His trilingual proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English facilitates effective communication across diverse markets, enhancing his capability to engage with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
